To achieve the purpose of this study, two null hypotheses were generated to direct the study. Literature review was done according to the variables under study. Ex-post Facto research design was adopted for the study. A sample of two hundred and sixteen (216) teachers was selected for the study. The selection was done through the simple sampling technique. The questionnaire was the main instrument used for data collection. The instrument was subjected to face validation by experts in measurement and evaluation, University of Calabar. The reliability estimate of the instruments was established through test-retest reliability method. Independent t-test was the statistical analysis technique adopted to test the hypotheses under study. All hypotheses were subjected to testing at .05 level of significance. The results of the analysis revealed that, school location and school size significantly influence the supervision of public examinations. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that small school size should be encouraged as the small school size gave them the opportunity to supervise the students closely and also made it possible for the supervisors to see all the candidates at a glance largely due to the small size in population the supervision of the public examinations becomes easier and controllable.
