Abstract

This paper examines the pertinent issues surrounding family structure and youth crime Calabar Municipal Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. This paper however recommends that family institutions which account for behaviour modification and moral upbringing as primary agent of socialization and sociological foundation of every child should be effectively strengthened.
