A census of all the 245 Principals in public secondary schools in the state was used for the study. Major instruments for data collection include: a Group Focused Interview, Leadership Style Questionnaire (LSQ) and Government Delivery of Educational Services Questionnaire (GDESQ). Data were analysed using the One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at 0.05 level of significance. The result of the analysis indicated that leadership style does not significantly influence government delivery of educational services. From the findings, the researchers recommended that government should endeavour to entrench the right bureaucratic and administrative culture through constant training and retraining/orientation for civil servants.
