This study assessed the administrators’ management of facilities on perceived internal efficiency of public secondary schools in Cross River State, Nigeria. The study was led by two hypotheses and two research questions. There were 529 sample sizes taken from the research population, which included teachers working in public secondary schools. The questionnaire was the main instrument used to collect data. A straightforward linear regression analysis was the statistical method employed. The results of the study showed that internal school efficiency was significantly guaranteed by administrators' ability to carry out efficient supervision duties. The outcome also showed that facilities management by administrators has a big impact on secondary schools' internal productivity. This indicates that creating an environment that encourages students' academic pursuits and progress requires effective facility management in schools. The aforementioned findings led to the formulation of suitable recommendations, which include the following: teachers and students should be encouraged to instill a maintenance culture in the handling of school facilities; administrators in secondary schools should oversee and supervised school facilities to ensure that they are optimally utilized and maintained.
