Abstract

Individual acquaintances, analytical consciousness, personal inclinations, persuasion, cultural background, and environment all influence learning, which is a natural human activity. Learning is defined as a consistent and long-lasting shift in one's knowledge and abilities. It comes from a person's rapport, which includes sharing experiences and knowledge with others. As a result, learning becomes a customized experience that enables one to expand their knowledge, perspective, abilities, and comprehension. Therefore, individualized learning strategies can support the achievement of personal objectives and needs. Learning approaches are essential for customizing the educational process. This essay focuses on personalized learning strategies and how diverse learners can benefit from effective learning personalization. The article also discusses the characteristics of diverse learners, how educators can implement personalized learning in the classroom, its elements, and the ways in which contemporary technology can support it.
